**YES! You can make sourdough with gluten free flour!!
Sourdough (with gluten flour) when it is properly prepared breaks gluten down into digestible portions, releases otherwise unavailable nutrition and lowers the glycemic index of our grain. It is easy once you get the hang of it, come let us help you over the learning curve. We will meet in the kitchen and learn the techniques to making a fluffy loaf of sourdough sandwich bread as well as several other great sourdough products. Bring an apron and get hands-on!
Each participant will leave with their own sourdough starter. We will go over how to hydrate a new starter, how to store it in the refrigerator if you aren’t a daily baker, how to customize the starter to fit with your lifestyle, how to feed your starter and much, much more!!
Workshop Fee Includes:
*Sourdough Starter (participants can choose between New England Sourdough and Brown Rice Gluten Free Sourdough)
*Starter Container and ingredients needed to start
